Airports served

Private aviation: HND and VGT

Private and corporate flights often use the valley's general-aviation fields instead of Harry Reid International. Chauffeurs meet passengers planeside or at the FBO; book with the tail number, the arrival time and the FBO, because there is no airline flight number to track.

How an airport pickup works

Add your airline and flight number when you book. Harry Reid International has two terminals that have separate baggage-claim and curbside pickup areas: Terminal 1 serves Southwest, American, Delta and Allegiant, and Terminal 3 serves United, Frontier, Alaska, JetBlue, Hawaiian and all international carriers. The flight number tells dispatch which terminal door to send the chauffeur to.

Flight tracking times the pickup to your actual landing, so an early or late arrival moves the pickup rather than cancelling it. Domestic arrivals meet the chauffeur curbside on the Arrivals level at the assigned terminal door. International arrivals at Terminal 3 are met inside baggage claim after customs, with 60 minutes of complimentary wait. Your chauffeur's name and contact arrive before pickup, and the chauffeur handles the luggage.

For departures, tell dispatch your airline so you are dropped at the right terminal, and allow for the weekday rush windows of 6:30-8:30 AM and 4:00-6:30 PM. During CES, SEMA and the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, build in extra time. The LAS ground transportation guide compares every way to get to and from the airport, and the airport-to-Strip route page covers the most common transfer.
