- Booking information: name, phone, email, pickup and dropoff addresses, flight number (for airport pickups), passenger count, vehicle preference, special requests.
- Payment information: processed through our reservation platform. Card numbers are not stored on this site.
- Site usage: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer) and aggregated analytics. No cross-site tracking pixels.
How we use information
- To dispatch your booked ride and contact you about it.
- To process payment and send a receipt.
- To monitor flight status for airport pickups.
- To respond to your inquiries.
- To comply with applicable record-keeping requirements.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information to advertisers.
- We don't share booking history with third parties except as required by law or our payment processor.
- We don't track you across the web.
Your rights
