How booking works
- Choose the trip type. Point-to-point for a single transfer such as the airport to your hotel, or hourly (as-directed) when the chauffeur should stay with you between stops. Hourly bookings have a 3-hour minimum.
- Pick the vehicle. Match it to passengers and luggage: the Executive Sedan seats 3 with 3 bags, and the Sprinter Van carries up to 12 passengers with 12 bags. The fleet page lists every class.
- Add the details. Pickup address or flight number, drop-off, date, time, passengers and bags. Mention car seats, golf clubs, equipment cases or extra stops so the right vehicle is assigned.
- Receive confirmation. Every booking is confirmed in writing. Before pickup you receive your chauffeur's name and contact.
- Ride. Your chauffeur arrives ahead of time. Airport pickups are flight-tracked, so a delay moves the pickup rather than cancelling it.
What it costs
Prices are published and set at booking; they do not surge with traffic, weather or events. Point-to-point service starts at $160 in the Executive Sedan. Hourly rates, per-vehicle minimums and airport flat rates are on the rate card.

Airport and private-aviation pickups
At Harry Reid International Airport, chauffeurs meet domestic arrivals curbside on the Arrivals level at the assigned terminal door. International arrivals at Terminal 3 are met inside baggage claim after customs, with 60 minutes of complimentary wait. Terminal 1 serves Southwest, American, Delta and Allegiant; Terminal 3 serves United, Frontier, Alaska, JetBlue, Hawaiian and all international carriers. See LAS airport transfers for detail.
For private flights, add the tail number and FBO. Pickups at Henderson Executive Airport (HND) and North Las Vegas Airport (VGT) are planeside or in the FBO lobby.
Booking for conventions and big events
The busiest weeks sell out first. Book 3-4 weeks ahead for CES in January and SEMA in November, and 4+ weeks ahead for the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, when Las Vegas Blvd, Sands Ave and Koval Ln close to through traffic. Enter the whole itinerary when booking online, arrivals, daily runs, dinners and departures, so dispatch can hold the right vehicles.
Changes and cancellations
Dispatch runs 24 hours a day, so you can call about itinerary changes at any time. Cancellations made 2+ hours before pickup are free; cancellations inside 2 hours and no-shows may be charged the full point-to-point or hourly rate. Excess wait beyond the included window is billed at the hourly rate of the booked vehicle.

How far ahead should I book?
24 hours is enough for a standard airport transfer. Book 3-4 weeks ahead for CES and SEMA, and 4+ weeks ahead for the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, when vehicles are committed early.
What do I need to enter for an airport pickup?
Your airline and flight number, the number of passengers and bags, and the drop-off address. The flight number lets dispatch track your arrival and send the chauffeur to the correct terminal; Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 at Harry Reid International Airport have separate baggage-claim and curbside pickup areas.
Can I book a private-aviation pickup at Henderson Executive or North Las Vegas Airport?
Yes. Enter the tail number, the arrival time and the FBO. Chauffeurs meet passengers planeside or in the FBO lobby.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 2+ hours before pickup are free. Cancellations inside 2 hours and no-shows may be charged the full point-to-point or hourly rate.
When do I receive my chauffeur's details?
Every booking is confirmed in writing, and your chauffeur's name and contact are sent before pickup.
