How to choose
- airport transfers, solo executive travel, daily point-to-point: Executive Sedan — 3 passengers, 3 bags.
- groups, families with luggage, event arrivals: Executive SUV — 6 passengers, 6 bags.
- VIP arrivals, executive roadshows, special occasions: Mercedes S-Class — 3 passengers, 2 bags.
- group transportation, wedding parties, corporate shuttles: Sprinter Van — 12 passengers, 12 bags.
Choosing the right vehicle in three questions
Start with the headcount. Up to 3 passengers fit in the Executive Sedan or the Mercedes S-Class, up to 6 in the Executive SUV and up to 12 in the Sprinter Van.
Then count the bags. Luggage decides more bookings than passengers do: the S-Class takes 2 large bags, the sedan 3, the SUV 6 and the Sprinter 12. A couple with two large suitcases and a set of golf clubs is an SUV booking, even though two people would fit in a sedan.
Finally, think about the occasion. For an airport transfer or a business run, the sedan does the job. For a VIP arrival, a roadshow or a wedding couple, the S-Class sets the tone. For event nights and families, the SUV keeps everyone together, and for weddings, bachelor weekends and convention teams, the Sprinter moves the whole group at once.
What comes with every vehicle
Whichever tier you book, the car is commercially insured and driven by a professional chauffeur, with bottled water, Wi-Fi, USB-C and Lightning charging, and climate control on board. Chauffeurs handle the luggage at both ends of the trip. Airport pickups include flight tracking, so the car is ready for the time you actually land rather than the time on the schedule, and international arrivals at Terminal 3 get 60 minutes of complimentary wait.
Hourly or point-to-point?
Every vehicle can be booked two ways. Point-to-point covers one trip between two addresses, with the price set for your route at booking and no minimum. Hourly, as-directed service keeps the car and chauffeur with you for at least 3 hours, which suits multi-stop days, event nights and weddings. If the car will need to wait anywhere along the way, hourly is usually the simpler booking. The rate card lists both prices for every tier.
Busy weeks: when to reserve early
Lead time matters most when the whole city is booked at once. Reserve 3-4 weeks ahead for CES in January and SEMA in November, 4+ weeks ahead for the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, and 2-3 weeks ahead for EDC weekend in May. Larger vehicles are worth securing first when a group trip lands on one of those weeks. For a standard airport transfer on an ordinary week, 24 hours' notice is usually enough.
