How route prices are set
Every route is priced per vehicle, not per passenger, and the price is fixed when you book. Point-to-point rates start from $160 in an Executive Sedan, $200 in an Executive SUV, $400 in the Mercedes S-Class and $710 in the Sprinter Van. The quote for your exact addresses does not move with traffic, the time of night or demand. If the trip has several stops or the car needs to wait, book hourly instead, with a 3-hour minimum. The rate card lists both.
The LAS-to-Strip corridor
Harry Reid International sits 6 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, and the transfer between them is the most-booked trip in the valley: about 15 minutes off-peak and 25-40 minutes in rush traffic. Chauffeurs choose between I-15, Paradise Rd, Tropicana Ave and Russell Rd depending on the resort. Mandalay Bay and the south end of the Strip are closest to the airport; resorts at the north end, such as Wynn & Encore, take longer, especially when Las Vegas Blvd is congested.
Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 have separate baggage-claim and curbside pickup areas, so the flight number on the booking decides which Arrivals-level door the car goes to. The full breakdown, including rates for every vehicle, is on the LAS to Strip route page.
Henderson and Green Valley runs
Henderson trips head southeast from the Strip, usually on the I-215 Beltway. Green Valley Ranch Resort and The District at Green Valley Ranch are regular drop-offs, and Lake Las Vegas sits at the city's eastern edge. Henderson Executive Airport is inside Henderson, 12 miles south of the Strip, so private-aviation passengers bound for Henderson homes often never touch the Strip at all. In the evening peak, I-215 East toward Henderson backs up, and dispatch builds that into pickup times.
Summerlin and the southwest valley
Summerlin sits on the valley's western edge beside Red Rock Canyon. Trips from the Strip or the airport usually take the I-215 Beltway west, which keeps them clear of the Spaghetti Bowl near Downtown. Downtown Summerlin, One Summerlin, Las Vegas Ballpark and City National Arena are the regular destinations. Evening traffic builds on I-215 West toward Summerlin, so leave extra time for a 5 PM airport run.
Spring Valley and Enterprise, including the UnCommons campus at 215 & Durango Dr, sit along the same Beltway to the southwest of the Strip, and many of their trips are office commutes and airport runs.
Downtown and Fremont Street
Trips between the Strip and Downtown Las Vegas run north on I-15 or Las Vegas Blvd toward Fremont Street, the Arts District, Symphony Park and the Clark County Government Center. The I-15/US-95/I-515 interchange, known locally as the Spaghetti Bowl, is the valley's main chokepoint, so weekday rush-hour trips downtown need a buffer. North Las Vegas Airport, 8 miles from the Strip via I-15 or US-95, is the private-aviation field closest to Downtown.
Stadium, arena and convention routes
Allegiant Stadium, T-Mobile Arena and Sphere are short hops from most Strip resorts, but event traffic changes the drive. Chauffeurs reach Allegiant Stadium from Las Vegas Blvd, I-15 or Hacienda Ave, and agree a pickup point before the final whistle; see Allegiant Stadium transportation. Convention loops between Strip hotels and the Las Vegas Convention Center avoid Paradise Rd and the I-15/Desert Inn interchange where they can during CES week; see convention transportation.
During the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix in November, Las Vegas Blvd, Sands Ave and Koval Ln close to through traffic, and dispatch reroutes every Strip-adjacent transfer and confirms hotel access points on the day.
Any other route in the valley
The route pages cover the trips we run most, but every pickup and drop-off across the Las Vegas Valley / Southern Nevada area can be booked the same way. Point-to-point prices are quoted for your exact addresses at booking and do not change afterwards. Common requests include Henderson and Summerlin homes to the airport, Strip resorts to the Las Vegas Convention Center, Allegiant Stadium and T-Mobile Arena, and private-aviation pickups at Henderson Executive and North Las Vegas.
Timing any route
Weekday rush windows are 6:30-8:30 AM and 4:00-6:30 PM. The I-15/US-95/I-515 Spaghetti Bowl near Downtown is the valley's main chokepoint, and the I-215 Beltway toward Henderson and Summerlin backs up hardest in the evening. During CES, SEMA and the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, Strip-adjacent transfers can take 30-60+ minutes longer, and dispatch confirms routing and hotel access on the day. For longer trips out of the valley, see long distance chauffeur service; for anything else, book online.
Route questions
Do route prices change with traffic?
No. A point-to-point price is fixed for your addresses when you book. Traffic changes the drive time, not the fare.
How long is the drive from LAS to the Las Vegas Strip?
About 15 minutes off-peak and 25-40 minutes in rush traffic for the 6-mile trip, depending on the resort and the route.
Can I book a route that is not listed here?
Yes. Any pickup and drop-off in the valley can be booked online; the route pages simply cover the trips people take most often.
When is traffic worst in Las Vegas?
Weekday rush windows are 6:30-8:30 AM and 4:00-6:30 PM, with the Spaghetti Bowl near Downtown and the I-215 Beltway toward Henderson and Summerlin the slowest stretches. CES, SEMA and the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix can add 30-60+ minutes to Strip-adjacent trips.
