Common questions

  • How early should I book? 24 hours is sufficient for a standard airport transfer. Major event weekends and holiday peaks need more lead time.
  • What if my flight is delayed? Live flight tracking is included on every airport pickup. The chauffeur is dispatched based on actual landing time. 60 minutes of complimentary wait is included on international arrivals.
  • Do you have a corporate account program? Yes — centralized monthly invoicing, dedicated account manager, multi-rider profiles. Book online for corporate travel.
  • Can I cancel? Cancellations made 2+ hours before pickup are free. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows may be charged the full point-to-point or hourly rate.

What to include when booking online

Use online booking to reserve your ride. Enter the details dispatch needs:

  • Date and pickup time, or your airline and flight number for airport arrivals.
  • Pickup and drop-off addresses, including the resort name or the FBO for private flights.
  • Passengers and luggage, including golf bags, strollers, car seats or equipment cases.
  • Vehicle preference: Executive Sedan, Executive SUV, Mercedes S-Class or Sprinter Van. See the fleet.
  • Trip type: point-to-point, or hourly with a 3-hour minimum if the chauffeur should wait between stops.

Groups, events and corporate travel

For conventions, weddings and group trips, enter the full itinerary when booking online: arrivals, daily runs, evening events and departures. Dispatch can then assign vehicles by capacity and hold them for busy weeks. Book 3-4 weeks ahead for CES and SEMA and 4+ weeks for the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix. For regular business travel, ask about a corporate account with centralized monthly billing; see corporate transportation.

Booking an airport pickup

For Harry Reid International, the airline and flight number are the details that matter most. They tell dispatch whether to send the car to Terminal 1 or Terminal 3, which have separate baggage-claim and curbside pickup areas, and they let flight tracking follow your actual landing time instead of the printed schedule. Domestic passengers are met curbside at the assigned Arrivals-level door; international passengers at Terminal 3 are met inside baggage claim after customs. See LAS airport transfers for terminal details.

Private aviation and FBO pickups

For flights into Henderson Executive Airport or North Las Vegas Airport, enter the tail number and your arrival time, and for North Las Vegas the FBO you are using. Neither field has scheduled airline traffic to track, so those details set the pickup. At Henderson Executive, chauffeurs meet passengers planeside or in the FBO lobby at 3500 Executive Terminal Dr, Suite 100. See HND and VGT.

Changing or cancelling a reservation

Plans move, especially in convention weeks. To change a pickup time, an address or the vehicle, contact dispatch at (725) 425-7412 with the date of the trip and the name on the booking; the earlier dispatch hears about a change, the easier it is to keep the same car and chauffeur. Before pickup you receive your chauffeur's name and contact details. There is no charge to cancel when you give 2 hours or more of notice before the pickup time.
