When the Mercedes S-Class is the right car

The Mercedes-Benz S-Class is the flagship of the fleet, with the quietest cabin and the finest interior we run. It is reserved for trips where the car is part of the impression. It seats up to 3 passengers with room for 2 large bags, so it suits a VIP arriving with light luggage, a senior executive between meetings, or a couple on an anniversary or wedding day, rather than a family on vacation.

Every S-Class booking includes the fleet standard of bottled water, Wi-Fi, device charging and climate control, and the chauffeur takes care of the bags.

VIP arrivals and private aviation

Many S-Class trips begin on the ramp rather than at a terminal. At Henderson Executive Airport, 12 miles south of the Strip, the chauffeur meets passengers planeside or in the FBO lobby at 3500 Executive Terminal Dr, Suite 100, and the drive to the Strip takes about 20 minutes off-peak. At North Las Vegas Airport, 8 miles from the Strip, the meeting point is the FBO confirmed with your tail number. Neither field has scheduled airline traffic to track, so the arrival time on the booking sets the pickup.

For commercial arrivals at Harry Reid International, the S-Class meets you curbside on the Arrivals level, or inside baggage claim after customs at Terminal 3. See VIP transportation and airport meet and greet.

Roadshows, meetings and special occasions

Executive roadshows are the S-Class's working day: a hotel pickup, meetings across the Strip, the Hughes Center or Downtown Summerlin, and an airport drop at the end, with the same chauffeur throughout. Booked hourly, the car stays with you between appointments. See roadshow transportation.

The same car is requested for wedding days, milestone dinners and a first night in town. MAGIC, the fashion trade show at the Las Vegas Convention Center each February and August, brings concentrated S-Class demand from Strip hotels, so book about 2 weeks ahead for those weeks and 3-4 weeks ahead for CES and SEMA. See wedding transportation.
